The Policy like the Homesure Policy is for Private Dwelling owners and/or occupiers. The cover provided is identical to the Homesure Policy other than for the fact that the perils of Hurricane, Windstorm, Tornado, Cyclone, Earthquake and Volcanic Eruption are not covered.

The Policy is subject to various Conditions, Exceptions, Limits and Excesses. A specimen copy of the Policy is available on request.
