The Standard Comprehensive Motor Policy is available to Corporations and Individuals alike. Like the Motorsure Gold and Motorsure Plus policies it comprises 3 sections:

• Own Damage: i.e. damage to the Motor Vehicle insured,
• Liability to Third Parties: i.e. legal liability to third parties in the event of accident caused by or arising out of the use of the insured Motor Vehicle and;
• Personal Accident to the Insured or his spouse caused by violent accidental external and visible means independent of any other cause due to direct connection with the Motor Vehicle or whilst mounting into dismounting from or traveling in a private motor vehicle not belonging to or hired or rented (under a hire purchase agreement or rental car agreement or otherwise) to him or his employer or partner.

Many of the extensions that form part of the Motorsure Gold and Motorsure Plus policies are available for inclusion under this policy on payment of the appropriate premiums.

The Policy is subject to various Conditions, Exceptions, Limits and Excesses. A specimen copy of the Policy is available on request.
